Bristol & Gloucestershire Wing and their recruiting vehicle were at a packed successful South Gloucestershire Show last weekend. Many people came onto the stand to see the new simulator including Mr Ron Roach an ex-cadet of 2152 squadron. Ron took the controls of the Viking and landed it on the airfield at Hullavington showing that he had not lost any of the skills that he had learned as a cadet 50 years ago when he then did his “A & B” gliding with 621 VGS at the Weston-Super-Mare airfield.
