Bristol & Gloucestershire Wing has recently seen its latest graduates from the Royal Air Force Air Cadets’ Junior Leaders Course.
Cadet Flight Sergeant Alex Jarvis, of 2002 (Kingswood) Squadron, and Cadet Flight Sergeant Jonathan White, of 2467 (Nailsea) Squadron, have taken part in months of gruelling training, culminating in the “Test Phase” where students have to demonstrate everything they have learned about leadership in the field.
The course is physically demanding and requires huge commitment. It is a tough but incredibly rewarding experience, with the opportunity to gain a Level 2 Certificate from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Congratulations to both cadets on this amazing achievement.
