Cadets from across the Wing have started preparing to take part in the Ten Tors Challenge on Dartmoor in May 2014.
The first navigation training day was staged on Cleeve Hill near Cheltenham and the second training weekend will be held in the Dursley and Thornbury areas where cadets will learn about campcraft.
More weekends will follow including some on Dartmoor, where the cadets will familiarise themselves with some of the most demanding terrain in the UK.
