Inter Wing Football and Hockey
We saw another great performance by the Wing Sports teams last weekend!
The junior football team finished second in the South West Region, with two cadets selected to represent the Region and one as a non-travelling reserve.
Although we didn’t have enough cadets for a hockey team on the day we joined forces with Devon and Somerset Wing and the 6 cadets in that team also finished second with three cadets selected to represent the South West Region. A special mention for Cadet Farr from 649 (Dursley) Squadron who will be the Region hockey team captain.
Well done to all the cadets who competed in very difficult conditions and thank you to the staff who assisted.
